| What's new:
1 - Added support for user
name/password for SMTP server. If you don't need a user name and password make sure to
leave these new fields blank. This is in the General tab in setsurf where you specify the
SMTP server.
2 - Added the option to hide the Owner ID portion of the access code (since in most cases
the owner ID is always the same for a given owner). Also, when the owner ID is hidden a
Clear button is displayed next to the access code fields. This is done by checking the
checkbox Hide Owner ID under the Payment tab in setsurf.
3 - Increased the font size for the URL field in the web browser.
4 - Added support for another coin/bill acceptor built in Germany. In setsurf there is
now 16 amounts instead of 10 for each bill/coin acceptor - this will not affect the
existing interfaces (GBA RS232, etc...).
5 - In "Pay for time used" mode, it is possible to use prepaid cards. It used to
be that only prepaid cards in minutes could be used. Now it also works if the prepaid card
is in Amount of money.
6 - Fixed a problem having to do with the display of the language buttons - the right ones
were not always displayed after ending a session.
7 - New text added in file
